By using Perceptc you agree to these terms. They describe what the product is, what it is not, and how subscriptions work.

What Perceptc is

Perceptc is a cognitive clarity and performance tool. It uses AI to offer a breakdown of a thought, three alternative perspectives, and a suggested next step. It is not a mental health service, crisis support line, or substitute for professional treatment. If you are in crisis, call 988.

AI output may be wrong

Responses are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. They are prompts for your own reflection, not advice. You are responsible for the decisions and actions you take.

Acceptable use

Do not use Perceptc to break the law, to harm others, or to attempt to disrupt or misuse the service or its providers.

Free use and subscriptions

You can try three free reframes. Continued use requires a paid plan: Plus at $19 per month, Pro at $39 per month, or Elite at $99 per month. Subscriptions recur, and the recurring price is shown at checkout before you confirm. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your data

How information is handled is described in the privacy policy. Your journal is stored locally in your browser, and you are responsible for keeping or clearing it.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
